Fuel gas booster compressor for gas turbine or similar application.

Suction pressure 0 to 7 barg. Discharge pressure 10 to 21 barg.

Approximate swept volume 1,200 cfm / 2,000 m3/h at inlet. To estimate your mass flow, see last page.

Compressor: Vilter VSG1201 single screw, oil flooded, overhauled. Zero hours since overhaul.

Motor: WEG 400 kW ExnA II T3, new.

Controls: Allen Bradley Compact Logix PLC and PanelView Plus HMI, existing, but enlarged and new software and screens.

 

MCC: variable speed drive for main motor, ABB brand, new, plus contactors for heaters and oil pump

Suction scrubber: newly fabricated, with 5 micron filter element. Design pressure 14 barg. PED certified 2019.

Oil separator vessel: original, U Stamped, insulated, with coalescer elements, heaters. Design pressure 600 psig.

Gas cooler: shell and tube type, stainless steel material, water cooled, new.

Discharge scrubber: newly fabricated, with final coalescer filter element. Design pressure 21 barg. PED certified 2019.

Recycle valve: Fisher E body, with positioner, new.

Lubrication system: oil pump, duplex oil filters, temperature control valve actuated type, oil cooler plate type.

Piping: sched 40 carbon steel, gas, oil and water piping, with all necessary isolation valves.

Instrumentation: all necessary instrumentation installed and cabled to PLC.

Structural steel: base frame in two parts, to allow easy disassembly and stuffing into standard ISO shipping container.

Lubricant: first fill of synthetic lubrication oil allowed for.

Cooling: cooling water supplied by client. Water cooler and pump available as extra cost option.
